Nov 16, 2021 | Adventures in Winemaking

Tasting Notes
While completely dry, this wine glides across the palette with a smooth confidence.  Strawberry leads on the nose and rhubarb rounds out the palette. Refreshing citrus leads to watermelon in a lingering finish. A beautifully food-friendly wine, this is one that will pair with holiday fare, late summer BBQ, and rich soups and stews.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 4 months
