Ingredients
- 1 Brie Cheese Round
- Brown Sugar
- Walnuts, finely chopped
- Charles R Port
Instructions
Approximately one cup finely chopped walnuts mixed with approximately one cup brown sugar.
Add a little Charles R Port to a very thick consistency.
Pile on brie and refrigerate overnight in Saran Wrap.
Remove wrap and bake in fairly hot oven (about 380 degrees) until warm and brown sugar is melting. Check often so sugar does not burn and brie does not melt.
You may spoon melted brown sugar liquid over brie before it cools.
It also freezes well. Wrap in Saran Wrap, then foil and freeze.
