DEVILED POTATOES
Begin with 4-8 small potatoes of choice. Bake until soft. Cut in half on the long edge and scoop out flesh into a bowl. Set skins aside.
Mix the following ingredients to taste:
Dijon mustard
Vegan Mayonnaise, or not
Black salt
Pepper
Smoked paprika
Apple cider vinegar
Tabasco
Turmeric
Mix together with potato flesh until creamy, then stuff skins. Broil for 3-5 minutes.
Add optional garnish items:
Green onion
Chives
Bacon bits
Furikake
And enjoy!
