Hands-on Cooking Party with Lisa, Bonnie & Katrina

If you don’t have an Italian Nonna to teach you how to make ravioli, we’ve got the ticket! Take a virtual wine and culinary tour with our Winemaker Lisa Lee, Charles R Owner Bonnie Bartlett and Katrina Stocker, The Homestead Traveler, during this live, hands-on interactive cooking class, teaching you traditional Italian tips, tricks and techniques to create an unforgettable Italian dinner! You will be pairing our newly released 2017 Bobcat Red and 2018 Chardonnay with Katrina’s family recipe for Spinach Ricotta Ravioli and scratch made marinara on Zoom, from the comfort of your kitchen. When it’s over you’ll have dinner on the table!

Chefs of all ages are welcome to participate, include the whole family, invite a group of your faraway friends, or make a date night of it. You will be enjoying the fruits of your labor, and Lisa’s, for dinner! If you are craving some human contact, this is a fun way to connect with others in this shared experience, gaining culinary inspiration.

Katrina will provide a list of ingredients and instructions in advance. You will prepare the marinara prior to the event, learn new cooking skills with your interactive instructor during the class to make authentic, fresh, pillowy ravioli. If you have questions, just raise your hand and Katrina will walk you through the process. No special equipment is required.
