Join us for an immersive wine and chocolate pairing experience with Bluebirds Chocolate & Charles R Vineyards. This guided class features 5 custom wine and chocolate pairings, thoughtfully designed to showcase how flavor, texture, and aroma work together. For each pairing, guests will receive two handcrafted bonbons, allowing you to truly savor and explore each match. Along the way, you’ll learn about the intention behind each pairing, the art of chocolate making, and the process that goes into creating each bonbon—from flavor development to final steps.
