You can choose toppings from Garlic Parmesan\, Creamy Mustard\, Lemon and Powdered Sugar or Cannoli and Wine. Mushroom Momma’s Bakehouse is working with Lisa to pair her naturally leavened brioche doughnuts\, made with wild yeast sourdough culture\, organic flours\, and a lot of time and love\, with Lisa’s wines\, also made with yeast\, a lot of time\, and love! Our flagship wines – Chardonnay\, Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon – tend to have a structure that lends itself to long oak time. We wanted to see what would happen to those wines if we let the clock run longer and allowed them to age in our most elite barrels. The results have been transformative! \n\n\n\nThe 2019 Reserve Chardonnay spent 20 months in barrel\, and has morphed into a powerhouse of aroma and flavor. Try it side by side with its vintage counterpart and the difference is staggering! \n\n\n\nThe 2020 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc spent the first half of its age life in stainless steel\, then was finished for 6 months in new French oak.
