Ingredients
- 32 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fig jam
- 2 cups walnuts
Instructions
Blend cheese, butter, and sour cream ’til smooth. Place half the mixture in a sprayed 9-inch spring form pan. Spread 1 cup of fig jam on mixture. Add the other half of mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Unmold and turn over on a plate. Spread rest of the fig jam on top and garnish with pecans or walnuts. Serve with crackers.
