Ingredients
- 2 Cups Charles R Zinfandel
- ¾ Cup sugar, to taste
- 2 Small or 1 large basket Strawberries (2 pints, stemmed/sliced)
- Angel Food Cake, cubed
- Vanilla Yogurt (may add protein powder to sweeten), or whipped cream
- Large red wine glasses
Instructions
Blend Zinfandel and sugar, add strawberries and soak about one hour, then refrigerate ½ to 1 hour.
Place cubed cake into wine glasses, spoon the strawberries and juice over the cake, top with vanilla yogurt or whipped cream and serve immediately.
